A company built from personal experience
I am Austin Taylor, founder of TNT Services Taylor & Taylor. I started this company after experiencing the frustration that comes from poor contractor communication and seeing families deal with confusing expectations, changing costs, and work that did not reflect what they were promised. I believed there had to be a better way to serve homeowners.
I also know what a home means to a family. I grew up in a trailer with four kids, where every square foot mattered and where making a place feel safe and cared for meant everything. That perspective still shapes how I approach every project today: listen first, communicate clearly, and never lose sight of the family who has to live with the finished work.
From my family to yours
TNT Services Taylor & Taylor is family-owned, and I want to build a company strong enough to pass on to my children. That only happens when we earn trust one project at a time. We use employee crews, take responsibility for our work, and give homeowners one team to call for kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, flooring, roofing, HVAC, and painting.
Our process is intentionally straightforward: one in-home visit, one careful measurement or assessment, and one written quote that explains the work. We value quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and integrity because those are not slogans to us; they are the standards that determine whether a customer would invite us back.
